Will I lose my license if I am convicted of a DUI?

Salt Lake City DUI Attorney Video #8:

Will I lose my license if I am convicted of a DUI?

In this video, Attorney Matthew Nebeker, a DUI Defense Lawyer in Salt Lake City, discusses if you will lose your license if you are convicted of a DUI.

When most clients come into my office, there are two big concerns that they have; one of them is what’s going to happen to their driver’s license, and the second is are they going to have to go to jail or if they’re going to have to spend any time in jail.

It all depends on the severity of the case, whether it’s a first or subsequent offense, what they have for evidence as far as what’s in your system,

  • Is it alcohol?
  • Is it a high level?
  • Is it double the level?
  • Triple the level?

If it’s a first offense or a second offense or anything beyond that, it depends. Each case is handled individually and the specific facts are gone through to work through those issues.

If you’ve been charged with a DUI, time is of the essence. You need to call an attorney who’s experienced, who has been through what you’re going through, and that person is me — Matt Nebeker, Mr. DUI.
